One-time setup

1. 01

   Create an account

   Click "Log in" at the top, then "Register now". Enter your email address and a password with at least 8 characters, and confirm with "Create account". You'll be logged in right away.

2. 02

   Log in

   Already have an account? Enter your email and password on the login page and click "Log in". Your bikes and entries are private – other users can't see them.

3. 03

   Add a bike

   On "My Bikes", enter your bike's name at the top (e.g. "Spindrift") and click "Add". As many bikes as you like, no limit.

4. 04

   Log a service

   Open a bike, find the matching row (e.g. "Chain") and click "Log". Enter the date, optionally a note, and confirm with "Log service". The status updates automatically.

More features

• View history & delete entries

  In the log-service window, you'll see all past entries for this service under "History". Click "Delete" to remove an entry.

• Add a custom service type

  Missing a maintenance type? On the bike page, click "+ Add custom service type" at the bottom, give it a name and optionally a default interval in days.

• Adjust the interval per bike

  Click the value in the "Interval" column, enter a number and unit (days or hours), and confirm with the checkmark. "No interval" turns off the due-date display for that one bike entirely; "Use default" resets it.

• Track operating hours

  For hour-based services (e.g. fork service), enter the current operating hours at the top of the bike page. When logging a service, you can also record the hours at that point – the counter follows along automatically.

• Rename a bike

  On the bike detail page, click the bike name, change it in the field, and save.

• Delete a bike

  On "My Bikes", click "Delete" next to the bike in question. Careful: this permanently removes the bike's entire service history.

• Email reminders

  When a service is due soon or overdue, you automatically get an email about it – on by default for every bike. You can turn it off per bike in the bike settings (click the bike name).

Fork, shock, and tire setup

Every bike page has three more tabs alongside the service overview, for recording your current setup – handy for getting back to your values after a tuning session.

• Fork

  Sag in %, compression (LSC/HSC), and rebound (LSR/HSR) in clicks, plus air pressure in psi – every field is optional, you don't need to know all the values.

• Shock

  Same fields as the fork: sag, LSC, HSC, LSR, HSR, and air pressure.

• Tires

  Front and rear air pressure in psi.

Enter values and click "Save". There's always only one current state per bike – no history like with service entries. Use "Reset" to clear the values again, e.g. if you want to start from scratch.

Understanding status colors

Every service type shows its due-date status as a sticker, calculated from the last entry and interval.
